Treasury
These pages are under Operator Controls → Exchange → Treasury. For an overview of the menus, see the Operator Controls reference.
Exchange Wallet
Monitor exchange wallet balances and manage user wallet addresses. The page has four tabs:
- Summary: the total balance of all users' wallets for each asset on your exchange.
- Wallet: user deposit addresses. Search and filter by asset, network, user, address and creation time.
- Balance: user balances, which you can export as CSV.
- Blacklisted Addresses: addresses that withdrawals are blocked to. Click Blacklist Address to add one. A blacklisted address is blocked on every network; the network you enter is kept only as a note. Remove an address from the list to allow withdrawals to it again.
Assets
The Assets page lists the coins on your exchange. From here you can:
- add a coin with Add Asset. See Add New Assets & Trading Pairs;
- click Configure on an asset to change its details, parameters and withdrawal fees. See Configure Asset Parameters;
- review fee markups for the asset on its Fee Markups tab.
Assets you created yourself, and fiat assets, also have Mint and Burn tabs once they're verified, if your role allows minting and burning.
When you save changes to an asset, you're asked whether to apply them to the live exchange now (Save and apply) or later (Save without applying).
Transfer
Move funds between two user accounts for administrative purposes:
- Go to Operator Controls → Exchange → Treasury → Transfer.
- Choose the sender and the receiver. You can search by user email or by user ID.
- Pick the asset under Assets/Currency and enter the amount. It can't be more than the sender's available balance.
- Optionally, send the receiver an email notification about the transfer.
- Review the details in Check & Confirm Transfer, then click Confirm Transfer.
Fiat Controls
Treasury → Fiat Controls handles fiat deposits and withdrawals: payment accounts, on-ramps, off-ramps and fiat fees. See Fiat Controls.
