Fees & Revenue

These pages are under Operator Controls → Exchange → Fees & Revenue. For an overview of the menus, see the Operator Controls reference. Trading fees are set per tier; see Tiers & Trading Fees.

Transaction Limits

Withdrawal limits per user tier. Use the tier filter at the top to see the limits for one tier or All Tiers. There are two kinds of limit:

  • Independent Limits: daily and monthly withdrawal limits for one asset, in that asset's own currency. Click Create independent Limit, then choose the tier, the asset and the daily and monthly amounts.
  • Collective Aggregation Limits: one limit shared across several assets, valued in a single currency. It caps the total a user in that tier can withdraw over the day or month across all the assets it covers. Click Create Collective Limit to add one.

Each asset also has a hard maximum per withdrawal, set in its asset parameters. Tier limits apply on top of it.

Fee Markups

Add a markup on top of the standard withdrawal fee of each blockchain asset, as an extra source of revenue. The page lists every coin on your exchange with its Withdrawal Fee Markup and Deposit Fee Markup. Markups are zero until you set them; edit them per asset.

Earnings

Exchange earnings shows the fee revenue your exchange has accrued and the history of settlements.

  • Settle earnings sends accrued earnings to a user account you choose. Search for the account by email or username.
  • Settlements lists past settlements for the date range you pick. Each settlement writes one record per asset. Values are shown at current rates, not the rates on the settlement date.

For how revenue is shared between your exchange and HollaEx, see Revenue Sharing.
