HollaEx Web v3 websites

The look of a HollaEx Web v3 website (theme, colors, fonts, logos, pages) is designed in Site Studio in the Cloud Dashboard. The settings below cover the exchange itself and, for a HollaEx Kit v2 Web website, its theme and text. See Web v3 or Kit v2 Web?.

Branding

Basic Settings:

  • Exchange Name: the name of your exchange, shown throughout the system.
  • Exchange domain: the public URL used in exchange emails, redirects and passkey sign-in.
  • Logo, app icon and favicon: these are set in Site Studio, which publishes them to your exchange website and app. In the Cloud Dashboard, open your website's Site Studio and upload them under Assets, for the dark and light themes.

Page Settings links to where you turn on your landing (home) page and to the Onboarding page, where you set the sign-up and login background image.

What your users see at the bottom of every page:

  • Description: a short description or slogan shown in the footer near your logo.
  • Terms of Service Link and Privacy Policy Link.
  • Footer Links: columns of links to your own pages, such as your blog, social media or API docs. Use Add column to add a column. Empty links aren't shown.
  • Referral badge: the "Powered by HollaEx" badge in the bottom-left corner. You can change its label and link, or hide it with Hide referral badge, if your plan allows it.

Help Info

The help pop-up appears wherever your exchange shows "help". Set:

  • Helpdesk URL or Email: a link to your help desk, or your support email address.
  • Additional help: one more useful link, such as your API documentation.

Theme, strings, graphics and console

Four editors open from the search in the top bar (Ctrl+K) rather than from the sidebar. Search for their names:

  • Edit Theme: manage the color themes available on your exchange and the default theme.
  • Edit Strings: change any user-facing text and its translations (Localization Strings). Edit a string, save it, then publish your changes.
  • Edit Graphics: replace logos, icons and other images, per theme.
  • Console: inject custom HTML into your exchange website's <HEAD> or <BODY>, such as scripts, widgets or meta tags. Click Publish Changes to apply it.
warning

Code added in the Console runs on every page of your exchange website. Only add code you trust, and test it after publishing.
