Operator Controls Reference
Operator Controls is the admin for your exchange. You open it from the HollaEx Cloud Dashboard. For how to open it, sign in, allow dash.hollaex.com on your exchange and fix sign-in problems, see Operator Controls.
This section follows the Operator Controls sidebar. The sidebar has two workspaces, and you switch between them at the top:
- Operations: work about a person, such as users, reviews, deposits and withdrawals.
- Exchange: work about the exchange itself, such as markets, assets, fees, settings and branding.
Overview is the page you land on after sign-in. To jump to any page or setting, use the search in the top bar (Ctrl+K).
You only see the pages your operator role allows. If a page is missing, ask an exchange admin to change your role (see Operator Roles). Some entries, such as Support and Notifications, appear only when that feature is turned on.

What isn't in Operator Controls
