Activity, Sessions & Logins

These pages are in the Operations workspace of Operator Controls. For an overview of the menus, see the Operator Controls reference.

Activity

Operator Controls → Operations → Activity has the exchange-wide history pages:

  • Deposits and Withdrawals: every user deposit and withdrawal. Filter the list to find a transaction, including by sender address.
  • Transactions: a combined view with Summary, Deposits and Withdrawals tabs. Open a transaction to see its details, including any Travel Rule information collected for it.
  • Trades: every trade on the exchange.
  • Orders: open orders across the exchange, filterable by market.

To see the same history for a single user, open their profile from People → Users (see Users & Review Queue). For bulk CSV exports, use System → Downloads (see Admin Logs, Downloads & Resources).

Sessions & Logins

Operator Controls → Operations → Security → Sessions & Logins shows who is signed in to your exchange and every login attempt. A session is the period during which a user stays signed in after a successful login.

Sessions tab

Lists active and expired sessions with the user ID, email, when the session started, when the user was last seen, the country and IP address, and the session status. Use the filters above the table to narrow the list, and Download Table to export it.

If a session looks suspicious, revoke it. The user is signed out and the session is marked expired.

Login tab

Lists login attempts, successful and failed, with the time, country, IP address and device. Filter by IP, country, result or user ID. Repeated failed attempts on one account can be a sign that someone is trying to break into it.

To protect logins, see the security settings under Configuration → Security.
