HollaEx Plugins
Plugins add features to your exchange, such as identity checks, fiat payments, SMS codes or live chat. You can add and remove them at any time.
Installing plugins needs the Enterprise plan on HollaEx Cloud. To install one, open Operator Controls → Exchange → Plugins and click Install next to it under Available to install. Then enter its settings on the plugin's Configuration tab. See Install and Manage Plugins.
Most plugins connect to an outside provider. Unless the page says otherwise, you need your own account with that provider, and its fees and terms are between you and the provider.
KYC and AML
HollaEx offers a built-in KYC/AML system through its partnership with iDenfy. You can also opt in to another provider instead. See KYC & AML for your users.

Transaction risk screening (KYT)
These plugins check crypto deposits and withdrawals that are on hold, release the clean ones and keep risky ones on hold for you to review.

Custody
Every exchange comes with the built-in HollaEx wallet. To hold your exchange's funds in your own custody instead, see Custody options. Guveno is the recommended provider and is set up from the dashboard's Custody page.
