Are there hidden costs (e.g., for hosting, domain setup, fiat integration)?​

Some services are paid per use, such as automatic KYC verification, which uses prepaid KYC credits (see KYC & AML). Third-party services you integrate may charge their own fees. Custom development is quoted depending on scope.

How much does it cost to start my exchange?​

Start with the free Operator Trial (by application), then move to the paid Enterprise plan. Prices are on the pricing page:

Custom development and third-party integrations are quoted separately, depending on your requirements.

Is there any trial to test the exchange before purchasing any plans?​

Yes. The Operator Trial is free for two weeks, but it isn't self-serve. Apply at hollaex.com/start, and the HollaEx team will set up a call with you to go through your business, markets and launch plans. Dashboard credentials are only emailed after that call, once your application is approved.
