What plans does HollaEx offer?
HollaEx runs every exchange on HollaEx Cloud, which handles deployment, hosting and server management for you. You start with the free Operator Trial (apply at hollaex.com/start; every application is followed by a call with the HollaEx team) and move to the paid Enterprise plan to go live.

Can I host my exchange somewhere else?
No. HollaEx exchanges run on HollaEx Cloud. You can use your own domain for the exchange and its website. See Exchange Hosting.
Which plan do I need to choose for supporting fiat assets?
Fiat assets are supported on HollaEx Cloud. Once your plan is active you can add the fiat currencies you need and credit users manually with the mint and burn functions in Operator Controls. Minting credits the user's account on your exchange.
For higher volumes, connect your payment system or bank so deposits and withdrawals are processed automatically. See Bank Integration. For help with an integration, open a ticket from your HollaEx dashboard.
