Coin & Market Pairs

What are the coins supported in HollaEx?

HollaEx supports over 200 of the top coins, and you can also add your own custom assets. Coins are added periodically.

To see what's available, search the Quick Trade page on HollaEx Pro: https://pro.hollaex.com/quick-trade/btc-usdt

Can I add my custom coin?

Yes. You can add your own coin or token once it has been activated for your exchange.

→ Add New Assets & Trading Pairs

Popular assets such as BTC and ETH are available by default.

Do I have to add a market pair for trading?

To trade an asset, it has to be paired with another asset for pricing. You can set up a market as an order book or through the OTC broker, both in Operator Controls.

→ Liquidity pools

HollaEx can also run without markets, as a wallet only. The wallet is connected to various blockchains for deposits, payments, coin distribution and withdrawals. Internal transfers let users send funds to each other on the exchange, staking can be used to distribute rewards, and the API lets you build other financial functions.

Do I have to pay to add new assets and markets?

Every exchange has access to the 200+ assets already supported by HollaEx. For your own token, talk to the HollaEx team about the tokens you plan to list: some assets need additional activation or technical review.

How to integrate my exchange with a bank to support fiat?

Once you have a banking or payment processor partner with API access, HollaEx can build the integration for Enterprise customers, or a developer can build it as a plugin. See Fiat & Bank Integration for the options, including on/off-ramp plugins that need no bank partner.

Can you tell me more about HollaEx?

HollaEx is a white-label crypto exchange solution, hosted on HollaEx Cloud. It lets businesses launch their own branded crypto exchange and website, list their own digital assets, and connect to the wider blockchain ecosystem. As a centralized exchange, it gives users a managed, secure trading environment.

What does the HollaEx platform do?

HollaEx exchanges include automated coin deposits, coin listing, staking, and liquidity for major pairs such as BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT. Users get real-time price charts, order books and advanced trading tools.

Assets, including your own tokens, can be traded through the order book, Quick Trade, OTC brokers and payment methods such as cards and third-party payment systems.

What's the difference between centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX) and decentralized finance exchanges (DEX)?

Centralized exchanges (CEXs) and decentralized exchanges (DEXs) both let users trade cryptocurrencies, but they differ in how assets are held and trades are processed.

  • Centralized exchanges (CEXs), such as HollaEx-powered exchanges, are run by a company that manages user accounts, custody of funds, order matching and platform security. CEXs typically offer higher liquidity, faster trading, customer support and features such as fiat gateways and staking.

  • Decentralized exchanges (DEXs) run without a central intermediary. Users keep their assets in self-custody wallets, and trades are executed on-chain with smart contracts. DEXs give users more control and transparency, but may have lower liquidity and fewer support services.

The right choice depends on security preferences, regulatory requirements, liquidity needs and the trading features you want.

How does HollaEx ensure security for its users?

HollaEx exchanges protect users' funds and personal data with two-factor authentication, DDoS protection, encryption and more, and the security features are updated regularly. Operators manage security settings in Operator Controls.

Who can use HollaEx?

HollaEx serves a wide range of businesses and organizations, from small businesses and freelancers to mid-size companies and nonprofits, that want to run a crypto exchange or list their own digital assets.

What are the benefits of using HollaEx for crypto exchange listing?

Listing on a HollaEx exchange gives crypto projects access to that exchange's traders and investors, and more visibility for the project. The built-in OTC broker also helps with pricing and market making for newly listed tokens.

→ Liquidity pools

What is the listing process for crypto projects on HollaEx?

Listing requirements vary between HollaEx-powered exchanges. Generally, projects need to show a legitimate use case, community support and compliance with regulations, and are then evaluated against the exchange's own policies.

If you run your own HollaEx exchange, talk to the HollaEx team about the tokens you plan to list.

Are there any specific requirements for token developers who want to list their tokens on HollaEx?

Token developers generally need to meet blockchain standards and show a legitimate use case, regulatory compliance and active community support. To list a token on your own exchange, talk to the HollaEx team about the tokens you plan to list.
