Describe the tools available for creating and managing digital asset investment products (e.g., staking pools, yield products, structured investments)​

Investment products are available through staking:

Staking gives you a lot of control: any asset can be staked, with rewards in any asset, and the system calculates the reward. You fund a pool of the reward asset. Rewards are paid from it and penalties go into it, without interacting with the blockchain. Manage pools in Operator Controls → Products → Stakes.

How does the platform handle subscription and redemption processes? Is there flexibility for partial subscriptions, redemptions, and scheduled payout distributions?​

Operators control the investment lifecycle, including subscription and redemption. You can allow partial contributions and redemptions, set an end date for the investment period or keep it ongoing, and set lock-up periods and early withdrawal penalties.

How does your platform track and report investment product performance?​

Users see the history and details of their activity on their wallet performance page.

Operators see all users' stakes and staking analytics in Operator Controls → Products → Stakes.

How does the platform manage investment product risks and ensure compliance? How customizable are these features?​

HollaEx provides a range of risk management and compliance tools that help exchange operators meet regulatory requirements and maintain a secure trading environment.

Key features include:

  • Limits: deposit, withdrawal and trading limits per asset and user tier (Operator Controls → Fees & Revenue → Transaction Limits), plus order size limits per market.
  • Balance checks: user balances are validated in real time, so users can't trade or withdraw funds they don't have.
  • Rate limiting: protects against abusive API use.
  • KYC/AML: built-in and third-party identity verification and AML screening plugins.
  • Transaction monitoring: crypto risk screening of deposits and withdrawals with plugins such as Scorechain.
  • Audit trails: logs of trades, user actions and operator actions.
  • Configuration: risk settings, compliance rules and user-tier restrictions are set in Operator Controls.
  • Plugins: custom compliance modules or region-specific requirements can be added with plugins or the API.

How does the platform accommodate integrations with external investment providers or third-party yield products?​

How scalable is the platform when managing multiple investment products?​

No. HollaEx doesn't support native lending, including loan origination, collateral management, LTV monitoring or lending agreement tracking.
